Outreach & Formation
The Aquinas Institute offers small groups and one on one mentorship to help you commit to a deeper relationship with God.
Small Groups & Mentorship
What is One on One DisciplesHip?
It’s a form of spiritual accompaniment (Evangelii Gaudium 169-173).
It’s a series of weekly one-on-one meetings with a mentor to deepen your Catholic faith. Each meeting lasts about an hour and is tailored to each individual’s own spiritual journey and growth.
Why should I do it?
To build a new habit into your life each week that will help you create a stronger relationship with the Lord (sacraments, daily prayer, reading Scripture, and more).
To establish habits that will allow you to continue deepening your faith even after the mentoring relationship is over.
To learn how to do the same for someone else in the future.
How do I sign up?
